Connecticut Governor Honors Jefferson Radiology’s Commitment to Early Detection and Patient Care

Farmington, CT – On Tuesday, October 15, 2024, Governor Ned Lamont visited the Jefferson Radiology Farmington outpatient center in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This marks the fifth consecutive year that Governor Lamont has chosen Jefferson Radiology for this important event, which highlights their incredible work in breast health and patient care.

This year’s event brought together prominent leaders in healthcare and government to discuss the significance of early detection. Among the distinguished guests were:

The event focused on the importance of early detection, with a central theme of family—highlighting how early screenings can keep families together. Channel 3 was also on-site to capture the powerful messages shared throughout the event.
