Referrals are required for all exams except for screening mammograms. Please ensure you have your referral documentation ready when you call, unless you are scheduling a screening mammogram, which does not require a referral.

Do I need a referral to book a service at a location?
Yes, a referral is required to book most of our radiology services. Please have your referral form from your healthcare provider ready when you call to schedule your appointment. The only exception is for screening mammograms, which you can schedule without a referral.
What should I bring to my appointment?
For your appointment at any of our locations, please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and any prior imaging studies, if applicable. Learn more on our What to Bring page.
Are there any preparation instructions for my imaging appointment?
Preparation for your imaging appointment depends on the type of exam you are scheduled for. Generally, you may be asked to fast, wear loose-fitting clothing, or avoid certain medications. Detailed instructions will be provided when you schedule your appointment, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your visit.
Are screening mammograms covered in Connecticut?

Your imaging results will be available through our secure patient portal shortly after your exam. You will receive an email notification once they’re ready to view.
