Jefferson Radiology is transitioning to an upgraded PACS system. The system is designed to make your interactions with us more efficient and secure.

What this means for you:

  • New Login Process: To improve security, all users will need to authenticate through OKTA, a secure multi-factor authentication platform, to access the upgraded PACS. Click here for OKTA setup instructions.
  • Familiar Interface: There are very minimal changes to the actual system interface.
  • Improved Accessibility: Secure, 24/7 access to patient images and reports from any location, including a self-service password reset capability.
