Your Next Steps: Setting Up OKTA
The upgraded PACS system will be accessed through OKTA.
- You should have received an OKTA welcome email.
- You will need to enroll and complete your OKTA set-up to ensure uninterrupted access to our imaging services.
- If you are an existing PACS user, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on enrolling and setting up your account.
- If you forgot your password, please click here to reset your password.
- To ensure security, you must authenticate using OKTA the first time you log into the upgraded system and whenever you use a new browser or device.
PACS Support
Our goal is to provide your hospital with the right support at the right time. A dedicated PACS support migration team will be flying into Jefferson from across the country to ensure you receive the support you need.
A 24 hour bridge support line will be communicated prior to go-live to all parties.
